At Aetherium Pulse, we are committed to delivering premium intimacy products with discretion, quality, and safety.
Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure hygiene and product integrity.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and privacy reasons, most products sold on our website are not eligible for return once delivered.

We do NOT accept returns in the following situations:
• The product has been opened or used
• The product shows no manufacturing defects
• Returns based on personal preference, change of mind, or incorrect selection
• Products that have been customized or special-ordered
• Items returned without prior authorization
• Products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Because these products are considered private personal items, once used they cannot be resold or redistributed.

  1. Order Issues Before Delivery

Package Interception

If you request an interception while the package is in transit:
• Customers must cover interception fees
• Customers must also cover round-trip shipping costs

Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused without valid reason:

Customers must cover:
• Original shipping cost
• Return shipping cost

Refunds will only be issued after the returned product is inspected and confirmed unused and resellable.

If the item cannot be resold, no refund will be issued.

Lost Packages

If a package appears lost (for example tracking shows abnormal status or no updates for an extended period):

Customers must provide:
• Full order screenshot
• Shipping address
• Tracking number
• Order value

After verification and claim approval, we will offer:
• Full refund, or
• Free reshipment

Incomplete proof may result in the claim being declined.

Address Changes

If you request a shipping address change after the order has shipped:
• An address change processing fee may apply
• Address modification is not guaranteed to succeed

The operation fee will still apply even if the change fails.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows delivered but the customer claims the item was not received:
• We will provide Proof of Delivery (POD)
• Investigation requests require supporting evidence (e.g., security camera footage)

Without sufficient evidence, compensation may not be available.

  1. Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps immediately:
• Take photos of the outer box
• Take photos of the shipping label
• Take photos of the damaged product

If confirmed as shipping damage, we will offer:
• Free replacement, or
• Full refund

Failure to report damage promptly may affect eligibility for compensation.

  1. Product Quality Issues

If your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

You must provide:
• Order number
• Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

After verification, we may offer:
• Replacement parts
• Repair kits
• Professional repair guidance
• Partial refund
• Product replacement (when applicable)

  1. Repair & After-Sales Support

Due to the nature of intimate products, returns are generally not accepted after use.

However, if damage occurs during normal use, we provide professional after-sales repair support to help restore the product.

Depending on the situation, we may provide:
• Professional repair kits or repair materials
• Instructional repair videos
• Step-by-step guidance from our support team
• Replacement components when applicable

This support allows customers to quickly repair minor damage without the need for international returns, which are often costly and time-consuming.

Please contact our support team if you experience any issues with your product.

  1. Important Product Notes

Our dolls are made with TPE material, which requires proper care.

Please note:
• Makeup may gradually fade with use
• Joints should not be forced beyond natural movement range
• Improper handling may cause structural damage

These situations are not considered manufacturing defects.

  1. Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without prior approval may result in:
• Package rejection
• Loss of the product
• No refund eligibility

Customers must contact customer service first before sending any item back.

  1. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:
• Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us.
